With nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare sales and management, CameronLovelace built his career on trust, relationships, and delivering results. In 2020, he brought that same client-first philosophy into the solar industry—and never looked back.
 

Since then, Cameron has personally sold over 4 million watts of solar power, helping families across Connecticut and beyond lower their energy bills and gain energy independence. Known for his motto—“every client, every time, no exceptions, no excuses”—he has built a strong referral network of happy solar clients who continue to fuel his mission.

Cameron’s leadership quickly elevated him to COO of a major solar company, where he helped drive the business to over $30 million in annual revenue. But in that growth, he saw the pitfalls of scaling too fast: lost customer focus, rushed installs, and homeowners left behind.
